Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how YourCareChoice (“YourCareChoice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit yourcarechoice.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. YourCareChoice is a business-to-business consulting practice; the Site is informational and does not offer accounts, payments, or online purchases.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you enter. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a possible working relationship.

Information collected automatically

The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We do use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views and visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites; it records aggregate information such as the page visited, referring site, country, and browser type, and does not identify you. See our Cookie Policy for more.

Our hosting provider does record standard web-server logs, which may include your IP address, the date and time of your request, the pages requested, and your user agent. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Site running.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes described above:
    • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
    • Our website host — serves the Site and maintains server logs.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of YourCareChoice, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, then delete or archive it. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our host.

Data security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we rely on reputable service providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for a U.S. audience. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Your privacy choices

Cookies and tracking. The Site sets no cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across sites, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. There is nothing to opt out of, but if you have questions you can contact us through the contact form.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we: (i) disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (ii) disclose the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed; (iii) delete personal information we collected from you; and (iv) correct inaccurate personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity information (such as server-log data and the contents of messages you send us). Sources and disclosures are as described in this policy. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

To exercise a request, contact us through the contact form and state the nature of your request. We will verify your request by corresponding with you at the email address you provide. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to reasonable proof of authorization.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be indicated by a prominent notice on the Site where appropriate.
